Ukraine, swine flu and Baxter : a man made event?

Read here about an interesting line of research I have been following regarding the viral pneumonia outbreak in the Ukraine, that show some suspicious connections between an event that happened here in the US, the arrest of a man named Joseph Moshe, an Israeli microbiologist working for the Israeli secret service that a few days beforehand had spoken to a radio host about going public with the fact that Baxter was planning to unleash a man made lab engineered deadly plague in the Ukraine. Has Baxter International released a biological weapon?
Evidence appears to suggest that Baxter International is responsible for a new deadly outbreak of viral pneumonia in Ukraine.

In February of 2009 Bloomberg reported that Baxter "accidentally" send vaccine material containing both live Avian bird flu and seasonal influenza to multiple laboratories worldwide. A laboratory decided to test the vaccine on it's ferrets, but the ferrets all unexpectedly died. It must be noted that Baxter has made a "mistake" like this before. Blood products produced by Baxter once contained HIV. Thousands of hemophiliacs died due to this, and many went on to infect their spouses.

Later in the year, a bizarre story emerged on the internet. The Huffington Post reported on a a man named Joseph Moshe who was arrested after a hours long standoff with the police because he had supposedly made threats against the White House. The man was able to withstand multiple rounds of tear gas.

However, the internet community was very skeptical of the true reasons behind this man's arrest. Comments on the Huffington Post website immediately began pouring in about an unreported side to this story, namely that Joseph Moshe was a Mossad Agent specialized in biological warfare who called into a radio show to warn people about a biological weapon that was being made by Baxter international that would be spread through vaccine and would cause a plague upon it's release.

Although anyone can make a doomsday claim and we should never believe anyone (and it must be said that the Truth movement handled this well, the message was spread without being proclaimed as gospel) the amazing part about Moshe's claim was the location where Moshe said the biological weapon was being produced.

Moshe claimed that Baxter's laboratory in the Ukraine out of all places was creating this biological weapon. All of this came out in the beginning of August, which is more than 2 months before the situation that is currently unfolding. For Moshe to correctly name the country where a new epidemic would be unleashed, requires either inside information, or an incredible coincidence as anyone with a basic knowledge of statistics can confirm for himself.

Let us assume for a moment that every person on our planet has an equal chance of giving rise to a new lethal epidemic due to a virus that mutates as it spreads through his body. The Ukraine has 46 million inhabitants. The current estimated global population is about 6.7 billion. This means that if a new epidemic were to arise, the chance of this epidemic starting in the Ukraine would be 0.69%. However, it appears that this virus is a form of flu. This makes the odds of being right when guessing that a deadly flu is going to break out in the Ukraine even smaller. The reason for this is that back in early August the vast majority of influenza infections were found in different countries than the Ukraine. In fact, on 30 October, Earthtimes reported that Ukraine had officially reported only two cases of swine flu, and no deaths, until last Friday. This deadly epidemic appears to have arrived out of nowhere in the Ukraine.

Moshe's biomed profile appears to confirm his position as a microbiologist. Furthermore, this page with Baxter's contact information for it's Ukraine office confirms that Baxter has a presence in the Ukraine.

It must also be noted that massive numbers of microbiologists have been dying bizarre deaths. This case of what appears to be a brave man who sacrificed it all to bring us this message may explain why so many microbiologists have been murdered. The fact that this man managed to predict an outbreak of highly lethal influenza in a place where we would least expect it, 2 months before it a actually occurred, lends credence to his claim that Baxter International is responsible for the outbreak and shows that top microbiologists can pose a problem to the people responsible for this ongoing disaster.

Update 3: According to the Huffington post comments I cited above, Dr. Moshe claimed that the virus used replicated RNA of the 1918 Spanish flu. Symptoms of the 1919 Flu include victims being drenched in blood:


American were familiar with the flu; it sent you to bed, made you miserable for 3 or 4 days with fever, muscle aches, and congestion, then left you shaky for about a week. It made millions sick, yet killed only the oldest, youngest, and most feeble.

The 1918 influenza was not the flu Americans were familiar with. It was a horror that turned victims bluish-black then drowned them with their own body fluids. the death toll was highest in the ages 15 to 40, those in the peak of health. The victims would be fine one minute and the next incapacitated, fever-racked, and delirious. Temperatures rose to 104-106 degrees, skin turned blue, purple, or deep brown from lack of oxygen. Massive pneumonia attacked the lungs, filling them with fluid; blood gushed from the nose. Death was quick, savage, and terrifying.

Compare this to reports that are coming out from Ukraine:

Five persons have died from the flue in Lviv, four men and one woman, says emergency hospital chief doctor Myron Borysevych.

Two of the dead patients were in the 22-35 age group, with 2 others over 60. He diagnosed the disease as viral pneumonia.

Viral tests can last from one to two weeks. They are complicated and not done in Lviv. The course of the disease was very quick. The symptoms included very high temperature and short-wind cough.

All the six dead young people had symptoms of severe hemorrhagic pneumonia. The disease starts slowly, with temperature rising to 37.2 – 37.3 degrees, slight cough and pain in joints. Nasal catarrh developed at the end of the second or third day. Autopsy revealed that the lungs were soaked with blood, the oblast chief specialist said.

NOTE: After the incident that led to the pepper-spraying and tazering of Joseph Moshe on Thursday, August 13, 2009, this story appears to have vanished with no follow up by the mainstream media. To this day I have not found information regarding Joseph Moshe's current location and status.

Who is he?
I sent emails to reporters Carlos Lozano of the LA Times and Larry Altman at The Daily Breeze who wrote about the eight hour standoff between Joseph Moshe and the police. I asked the reporters if they knew what happened to Moshe and who he is. I did not receive a reply.

The story raises many questions such as who is Joseph Moshe and how could he withstand several assaults of tear gas. Even the law enforcement officers on the scene where surprised by this feat along. ~Ed

You can also listen to an audio of Dr Bill Deagle reporting the Joseph Moshe standoff and the phone call to Dr Ott at the same link above. Dr Deagle said that Moshe was a biological-scientist with a dual citizenship in the USA and Israel.

Moshe phoned Dr True Ott Show who has a radio show on Republic Broadcasting and said he was a microbiologist who wanted to hand over evidence to a States Attorney regarding tainted H1N1 vaccines being produced by Baxter pharmaceutical.

Moshe said that Baxters lab in the Ukraine was in fact preparing a bioweapon disguised as a vaccine. He maintained that the vaccine contained both adjuvants designed to weaken the immune system, and replicated RNA from the virus responsible for the 1918 global pandemic.

Thats it. He made no threat against Obama, nor said anything about bombs or any attack.

Dr Ott has said that This Joseph Moshe arrested in L.A. is likely a MOSSAD agent with a CONSCIENCE—and has apparently been extradited immediately to Israel. Now his testimony, whatever it would have been, is still secure. Notice, the federal agents used an electro-magnetic pulse—which knocked out his car, as well as any cell phone so he couldn't contact the U.S. Attorney he was obviously going to meet with.

The day after Moshe phoned the radio show, a swat team surrounded his Volkswagen Beetle near the Federal building near the Israeli consulate. The consulate was apparently Moshes destination. The federal building was locked down at noon and employees were told to stay inside.

The mainstream media spun a story that Moshe had threatened the White House with a bomb, that there were outstanding warrants (misdemeanors) against him and that he was depressed. No mention that Moshe was a biological-scientist or of the information he provided on Dr. True Otts radio show about the vaccine company Baxter.

This resulted in an eight hour standoff. A large armored military vehicle with microwave weapon, a robot and other equipment were brought in. It was reported that the electronics of the Volkswagen and Moshes cell were disabled by the microwave.

Moshe sat peacefully in the car smoking for several hours before a robot broke a rear window of the car so officers could see inside and try to communicate.

Police eventually fired 4 volleys of tear gas into the window of the Volkswagen. But Moshe remained inside the car and briefly wound down the passenger window to let out the fumes. Police broke the drivers side window of the Volkswagen and tasered Moshe.

NBC LA reported on Aug 17 that Moshe was in jail but Dr. Deagle says that Moshe has been sent to Israel.

The Secret Service was not the agency involved in the surveillance of Moshe at his home in California. This was done by the FBI, who had orders to detain him, or "bring him in."

Moshe did not suffer the same effects of the gas and pepper spray that others would have because he had built up an immunity to such weapons as a by-product of his Mossad training.

Moshe was not handcuffed because he was not placed under arrest. After leaving police or FBI custody, he returned to Israel, where he is at this time.

FDA Approves Swine Flu Vaccine

Are we surprised? FDA = Big Pharma's bedfellow. Just for starters. But remember that the vaccine producers are immune from any legal repercussions for H1N1 vaccine damages, deaths or side-effects. Preliminary trials indicate 1/1000 deaths from the vaccine. Which translates into 300,000 death on 300 million US population- just from the vaccine. And these are just the reported figures. Do you really want to risk injecting into your body or your children s bodies a vaccine that even the pharmaceutical companies will not take the legal risk to uphold. I think not.

Swiss politician talks about the Builderberg Meeting in Athens 2009, a secret annual meeting between people of political, economic and academic influence from all over the western world.





These meetings are held in secret and the press is not welcome, despite the fact that elected government officials attend every year. Global policy is discussed and set at these meetings, but the people do not have access to what has been discussed. Why? These meetings have been going on since the 1950s and some suggest that an agenda for globalization has been gradually pushed forward from the top down. That is, global policy is set behind the scenes without the checks and balances of an open political process. The Swiss man here says: its like a meeting of congress, as if this is an innocent matter. But a meeting of congress between multinational controlling interests that is NOT monitored, NOT reported upon in the press, NOT shared with the public DOES indeed raise suspicion.

Many feel that policies are being set here that are then introduced into the individual sovereign countries, so as to be enacted into laws. And they are set with the interest of key power and economic players in the world, which does not necessarily translate into this being for the highest good of the people. In fact the track record of many of the politicians here is one of allegiance to corporate interests rather than allegiance to the people who they are supposed to represent. Transparency at the very least is required.

We are not a global government. Therefore global meetings which set policy, unregulated and with the participation of unelected representatives should not occur. In fact in the US, politicians who participate with meetings of representatives of their nations, in an unofficial manner are in violation of the Logan's Act.

Meetings such as these explain why many of the western nations seem to move in unison on many issues, with laws passed in each country which are virtually identical. Having lived in 3 countries and still having friends and family in USA, Italy and UK, it has become apparent to me that the leaders of these countries work in tight agreement with one another, not just on the international issues, but on internal policy and laws. All countries now have very similar approaches to virtually everything. We are already been ruled at the global level and we don't even know it. And who is representing us the people? No to global governance behind the scenes and no to any form of global governance which is motivated by corporate greed and a desire for control and power. Which is exactly where we are heading here.

It is my belief, after several months of reading and researching that, the swine flu and the economic collapse are both manufactured scares that are being brought forward to destabilize nations and throw people into a wild panic. The swine flu especially can lead to the enactment of Medical Martial Law, in the US, through the take over of FEMA, which in an emergency is allowed by law, to take over the governance of the country. But the same privilege is afforded to WHO (the World Health Organization), who during an emergency level 6 global pandemic, is allowed to take over countries. Also the financial collapse is designed to introduce a global currency and an international Super-IMF bank.

The people that meet at these secret global meetings (or at least the ones that are in charge of gathering and inviting attendees) are pushing for a centralized global state, which could in theory be a good thing, if it was brought to us with the desire for unity and enlightenment , but it is not. This global state is going to be much more like a control based global corporate fascist takeover than the grand dream of a one world based in love that some of us may have envisioned. It is going to be a highly regulated world, with limited freedom, much surveillance, ruled by the same corrupt people that have brought us the Federal Reserve, the Patriot Act, Homeland Security and the like. We need to stay very awake and very aware and nip this little baby in the bud. One way to do so is to engage in non violent resistance and protest, join online groups, spread the word and unite in saying no to the corporate takeover in any of its forms.

Be mindful of EVERYTHING that is occurring on the political scene and current affairs scene right now. Something is VERY rotten in Denmark and we need to be super vigilant and not take anything at face value right now. No need to be fearful, as all can be turned around and resolved with just a little awareness. In fact all that is needed is for most of the people to see the agenda that is developing and it will not be able to occur. Once all can see that the emperor indeed has no clothes, we will just stop being vulnerable to manipulation and all will shift in an instant in a positive way. Awareness is key. Stay positive. Envision great outcomes. And all is and will be well.

Mandatory Vaccines: is it possible?


Keep in mind that the pharmaceutical companies producing the vaccine are being given legal immunity in case of damages, justified by the fact that they are having to rush through the vaccine manufacturing process to meet the "urgent" swine flu crisis (despite the fact that very few people have died of this flu so far, the swine flu is being treated as urgent and the WHO has raised the swine flu status to level 6 pandemic). And yet, even if the pharmaceutical companies themselves cannot vouch for the vaccine safety, it appears that if the federal gvt were to declare the need for mandatory vaccinations, apparently there are no rights to exemption. This fact is explained quite well in the interesting call below, made by a concerned citizen to an Arkansas state official, who explains how, due to a supreme court ruling, mandatory vaccinations during an emergency cannot be refused.

The debate whether the gvt should be allowed to decide for you what can be injected in your body is an interesting one (especially in light of how many health problems are associated with vaccines- also see swine flu vaccines of 1976 video below) and one it would be better to resolve before this mandatory vaccination hits (many expect this to be occurring in the fall).

Also keep in mind that the current Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner used to be the president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and that he is a CFR member as well as an attendee of the last Builderberg meeting in Greece 2009. Also keep in mind that the previous Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson used to be Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Goldman Sachs.

May you come to your own conclusions at what all this means. When doing so keep in mind that this is an engineered financial collapse that is not going to affect these banks much at all. In fact seen that most money does not exist and is simple debt ( see the videos below for an explanation on how the fractional reserve banking works and how we are exchanging real assets for made up money)



And then see how a financial collapse will actually enrich these banks, because as people default on their mortgages and loans, the banks that remain standing will absorb all real physical assets for money they never truly gave you in the first place. Its a win win for the banks.

This without even touching the subject of the agenda of destabilization of western nation states, so that we may docily give our our national sovereignty and be lead into a one world currency and government...but we will leave that bit for another post....

All this is posted for awareness not so that you get depressed...there is still time to change things, so that these scenarios do not occur. For the activists out there: spread the word. Fourth of July: not just about fireworks and barbeques

The 4th of July is not just a holiday for fireworks and barbeques; it’s a holiday to celebrate independence and freedom of the United States from tyrannical rule. But how many Americans are fully aware that we are losing our freedoms at an unprecedented rate? Is America still truly the land of the free and the home of the brave? Or has it been gradually been taken over by something more sinister… How many are aware that, hidden beneath the façade of the left /right, democrat /republican debate, that a ruthless elitist corporatocracy has all but taken over the political process in America?

Due to my flexible schedule, I have a lot of time on my hands to read a variety of sources and it seems that in the past few years part of my role has been to read, research and observe what busy people who have faster lives may not have time to keep track of. I have been sharing of these observations with close friends for several years, but I feel, at this point, that it is my duty to inform others of what I am seeing. Since April 2009 in fact, it seems that things have been speeding up considerably in the "laws that curtail freedom" department, and not in a good way. During the Bush years many could see quite clearly what was going on here in America, but now, under the (at least on the surface) more benign look of Obama, many people seem to not be aware of at all, as a host of new bills quietly make it into law under the radar. Many people seem to have just stopped paying attention, thinking that by winning the elections with Obama, all is finally well. Unfortunately it is not so, as, covertly, the agenda of the corporatocracy keeps on trucking,just as potently as it did before.

Legislation is being gradually put into place, on the back of previous horrid legislation passed under the Bush administration, such as the Patriot Acts I and II (which is still in force, as Obama has not recalled or amended it any of it), which is a real threat to freedom in this country. Each individual piece of legislation is not that bad taken on its own, but when seeing the whole comprehensive picture of all these individual laws acting together, we can see that brick by brick a trap is being built which will severely threaten freedom of speech, freedom of travel and freedom to dissent. And my feeling is that we are not going to be aware of the full extent of this erosion of liberties, at the collective level, until every single piece of legislation has been put into place. The covert rulers will only slam this trap shut when all the pieces of legislation are in place to assure full control and we may indeed find ourselves with very little room to maneuver when that happens…in a nutshell, it will be too late. So the time to be aware of this is now. As now we can still do something about it all. Many of you know that I am an intuitive/psychic and what I see is that we have time between now and September/October 2009 to turn this state of affairs around, but that later than that, we will find it harder and harder to make a change without things getting really complicated (or ugly).

So what are the laws and threats that I speak of. First of all, you need to be aware that, under the guise of stopping “homegrown terrorism” (which is a falsehood by the way, just another boogieman to frighten you with, so that you will willingly trade your freedom for the illusion of security), the DHS is expanding its potential terrorist watch list to include free thinkers and dissenters of all kinds. Look at this list (see link below) and tell me if this does not include…everybody. Anybody could be labeled as a terrorist under at least one of these definitions. Then after you have taken a look at that, keep in mind that the DHS is the one that draft the no fly lists, who determine who can or cannot travel by plane in the US. And after you have understood this piece, look at this video where Raul Emmanuel, Obama’s chief of staff, is promoting the extension of the no fly list to a no right to bear arms to whoever is on the list.



Now I know a lot of my UK people are going to say…good, we have no guns, people should have no guns, guns are dangerous. And in the past I used to agree. However it’s not that simple. However we feel about guns, we just need to be aware that taking the guns away from the populace is one of the classical steps that precedes the locking down of an open society into a dictatorship. A disarmed populace is much easier to take over than an armed one. Simple. And btw, limiting movement of travel ad closing borders is also a classical move of an emerging dictatorship. So as the no fly lists expand, beware.

So, getting back to the initial point… the DHS list is getting bigger, and with the new lexicon definition potentially anybody can make it on that list, as the DHS lexicon pretty much can include anybody that has any kind of opinion about anything. Now also combine that with the powers that are given to the government in dealing with terrorists, which now also include the homegrown variety, the people on the list, i.e. potentially anybody with an opinion, i.e potentially you. The gvt has the power to detain terrorist including the homegrowns, which we have already established could now be anybody, (including you) to indefinite detention on suspicion. Also now add to this piece the fact that, very quietly and unbeknown to most, the supreme court on May 25th 2009 overturned the 1986 ruling that forbid the police from questioning suspects without their attorney present, creating a limitation r suspension of the Miranda rights under certain circumstances. Michigan v Jackson established the rule that if someone accused of a crime has an attorney or has requested the appointment of an attorney by the court, police may not question them without that attorney being present even if the accused agrees to waive the right to have their attorney present during that particular session of questioning. Under Jackson, any waiver of that right was presumed to be invalid because it was not made with the advice of counsel. However now that ruling as been overturned. You may ask, why is this a problem? Because now the police can try to convince a person (who may be frightened or uniformed or not the smartest tool in the box) to waive their right to an attorney, hence putting them ( especially the not smartest tools in the box) in a position where they are very vulnerable to manipulation and intimidation, which is what this ruling was designed to prevent. Ok so, now having established that basically if you make it on the DHS watch list you are (or soon will be), by rule of law, stripped of many of your rights and having established that just about anybody can now make it on the list, lets look at freedom of speech on the web, so that we can see the building blocks going into place in this arena too.

Already, anybody with a strong opinion on something, somebody writing a blog on patriot and constitutional issues and even someone writing about very personal issues such as abortion or animal rights may be unfortunate enough to land on the homegrown extremist list. But that not sufficing, we now have a bunch of laws and proposed laws, which are going to make writing on the web even more interesting.

Bills are in congress to criminalize free speech on the Internet. One of such bills is the Cyber-Bullying Act, which will now make hurting somebody’s feelings online a felony. This bill, introduced in a typical problem-reaction –solution fashion, is being ushered in with the excuse of protecting children or teenagers who have suffered emotional hurt due to things that were said about them online. Which seems sensible enough, none of us want kids to be upset by online slander or bullying. But lets look at the bigger picture: with such a law in place, anybody can claim to be emotionally hurt but something someone said online and be accused of a felony for it. And how do we define emotional hurt? Many people get very upset when anybody questions the official 911 story for example. Would all 911 truthers now be accused of a felony under the cyber-bullying act because their opinions are hurting somebody’s feelings? You can quickly see how this law can be misused. There is plenty of room here to shut down any kind of online free speech.

This ruling aside we are also seeing many lawsuits being brought against bloggers, who are now being considered “international publishers” and therefore liable for defamation and to all the rules that apply to mainstream journalists. However mainstream journalists usually work in newspapers that have a fact-checking department or get paid a handsome salary to do so themselves. I can tell you firsthand from my experience in writing articles for magazines that there is a huge difference between writing something "off the cuff" blogger style and writing an article that will be published professionally, where sources and where all fact checking and accuracy of sources needs to be tracked. The few times in which I have had to do this for some expose articles I wrote on Antidepressants, Psychotropics and Big Pharma, it would take me almost two weeks to write that kind of article. It takes a lot of time to do the research to back up ones claims in a foolproof manner, which is why expose journalists for mainstream magazines get paid the big bucks. Most bloggers , even those of a journalistic disposition , don’t have the time nor the resources to do that kind of legwork. Treating bloggers as proper publishers, if these standards were enforced, could damage the informal informational free speech tone that has emerged from bloggers in recent years in a major way. And reduce the major impact that citizen journalism has had on changes ion our society in recent years. And of course this is not random. The corporately owned mainstream media is going bankrupt as more and more people get their information online. And even more so, the MSM has been a great mind control force used by the "rulers of the corporatocracy" in shaping opinion in their favor. They are loosing they grip of control and we are now seeing the build up of a fully fledged assault on bloggers and free speech online, as I will illustrate soon , as the Cyber-Bullying Act and the Bloggers as International Publishers is not the only thing going on.

Facebooks terms of use

Since the inception of Facebook, there have been debates about its horrid terms of use. To the point that some have argued that Facebook might be nothing but a government front for collecting large amounts of information on its 150 million strong user base.

There is no doubt that the Facebook's terms of use are worrying stuff for whoever takes the bother to actually read them (loooooong and complicated), which is why I pay a lot of attention to what I share here. For a start I will never fill in any of these surveys or IQ tests...that feels like psychological profiling to me...much more info about me than I want an organization with very odd terms of use to have about me. I am probably overly cautious on this, because I was already burnt by Amazon as one their early reviewers. Apparently everything you write on Amazon belongs to Amazon, so my reviews are now posted on all sorts of sites across the world, courtesy of Amazon selling the rights of my writing to third party sites. I don’t care much for my reviews, so I am not that bothered about them being out there (although I might not have reviewed books about Alien conspiracies if I had know I would be linked to them on multiple sites until then end of my days ;-) hahaha....one lives and learns LoL), but it certainly showed me the potential for abuse and violation of privacy that bad terms of use can entail.

The debate about the Facebook's terms of use is an important one and one that people that use these kinds of open forum online technologies should be aware of. We live in strange times, where the line between private and public is becoming increasingly blurry. Is this a good thing or a bad thing? I don’t know. It just the way we are evolving. And precisely because this is so, we need to be increasingly aware of the information that we entrust to companies like Facebook, Google, YouTube (which is still Google btw), MySpace (which is owned not by our sweet friend Tom but by Newscorps, same people that own Fox News with CEO Rupert Murdoch), and more.

So...read Facebook's terms of use and /or chime into the debate...Be aware that although Facebook has posted a very friendly sounding "bill of rights" on the debate page and one they claim they adhere to, the legally binding terms are the ones in the legal terms of use document, the ones you have already agreed to when clicking accept when you signed into this site. And the ones you accept every time you use an application. And these terms of use are not very friendly at all. Pretty much they state that they own everything that you write and post and have the rights to give it or sell it to whoever they like without asking you, without you even knowing about it and without recourse in case of a dispute.

While this may not seem like such a big deal if you a posting family pictures, it is a big deal when you are posting detailed information about yourself ( contact info, where you work, your phone number, your emai, who your mum is, who your best friend is, the details about all the important relationships in your life, etcl), allow access into your brain through psychological testing, telling everybody about what you like to read, therefore giving information about your political and cultural leanings, etc.

At a time in which governments are progressively eroding our rights and moving into the private lives of ordinary citizens with wiretapping and surveillance, do we really want everything about us in the hands of an organization that can use all that info without any safeguards or controls? These are important questions to ask and important issues to be aware of during these changing times....
